Pharmaceuticals and laboratories
Vaccines, medicines, biological materials, samples and clinical trial shipments.
Product range / Cold chain indicators
Labels and indicators that permanently show whether a shipment has become too warm or too cold. No batteries or readers are needed — simply check the indicator window on receipt.
Practical applications
Temperature indicators for chilled shipments help you assess deliveries of medicines, samples and food quickly. They show exposure to excessive heat, cold or freezing without downloading logger data or using a dedicated reader.
Vaccines, medicines, biological materials, samples and clinical trial shipments.
Meat, fish, dairy products, chocolate and temperature-sensitive products.
Monitoring last-mile deliveries, insulated packaging and air freight.

Full product range details
Cold chain monitoring lets you quickly check whether medicines, vaccines, biological samples or food have been exposed to temperatures outside the specified range. A single-use indicator placed inside the packaging gives the recipient a clear result without opening software or using a specialist reader.
A break in the vaccine cold chain (+2…+8 °C) may reduce the vaccine's effectiveness, and the facility must demonstrate that it was stored correctly. An indicator inside the packaging confirms transport conditions, while a temperature logger in the refrigerator documents on-site storage.
WarmMark records excursions above the temperature threshold together with exposure time, while ColdMark, ColdSNAP and FreezeSafe indicate excessive cold or freezing. ColdChain Complete monitors both upper and lower limits, while QR variants make it easier to record checks using a smartphone.

Time-temperature indicator for chilled shipments
How it works
A single-use label that turns red when the selected temperature threshold is exceeded, then shows how long the excursion lasts. Three windows indicate Brief, Moderate and Prolonged heat exposure, helping you determine whether the product is still safe. Activate it by pulling out the tab. The WarmMark range replaces the discontinued Chillchecker indicators — unlike those indicators, it shows not only that the temperature threshold was exceeded, but also for how long.
Application and use
When both a temperature excursion and the duration of heat exposure matter. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

When selecting an indicator, specify the permissible temperature threshold, transit time, activation conditions and whether a digital record is required. Key features of this solution include wl 10/50 (10 °c) and wl 31/88 (31 °c) versions and five time markers: 12, 30, 60, 110 and 168 hours.

Two temperature thresholds on one indicator
How it works
An indicator that monitors two temperature thresholds simultaneously: excursions above 10 °C with duration measured in days, and excursions above 34 °C indicated within half an hour. One indicator replaces two separate indicators.
Application and use
When a single shipment needs simultaneous detection of excessive heat and dangerously low temperatures. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

When selecting an indicator, specify the permissible temperature threshold, transit time, activation conditions and whether a digital record is required. Key features of this solution include wd 10-34 version: 10 °c and 34 °c thresholds and time windows at 10 °c: 3 days, 8 days and 14 days.

Heat indicator with cloud recording via smartphone scan
How it works
The same proven WarmMark label, now with a QR code. A standard smartphone captures the indicator status and the date, time and location of the scan, then sends the data to the SpotSee cloud. No app installation is required.
Application and use
When you need a simple smartphone reading and a digital record of where and when the check took place. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

Low-temperature indicator
How it works
An indicator that permanently changes from clear to violet when a shipment cools below the permissible temperature. It helps you decide whether to accept or reject a delivery without electronics or software.
Application and use
For detecting excessively low temperatures and the risk of freezing in transit. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.
| Accuracy | ±1 °C |
|---|---|
| Shelf life | 2 years from the date of sale |

When selecting an indicator, specify the permissible temperature threshold, transit time, activation conditions and whether a digital record is required. Key features of this solution include thresholds: −3 °c, 0 °c, 2 °c, 5 °c, 10 °c and irreversible, unambiguous colour change.

Mechanical freeze indicator with a monitoring window
How it works
A compact, self-adhesive indicator (formerly Telatemp ColdSNAP) that permanently records a temperature drop below a set limit — the window changes from clear to bright red. ColdSNAP+ versions monitor both cold and excessive heat.
Application and use
For permanent mechanical confirmation that the temperature has dropped below the selected threshold. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

Freeze indicator with smartphone reading
How it works
A low-temperature indicator combined with a QR code. The colour change immediately alerts the recipient, while a smartphone scan records the status, time, location and serial number in the SpotSee cloud.
Application and use
For monitoring freezing, with the option to record the result by scanning the QR code. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

Reversible indicator of current temperature
How it works
A large, round window shows the current ambient temperature: the colour changes from blue through green to reddish-brown. The change is reversible, so the label acts as a simple visual signal of the storage temperature range.
Application and use
For repeated checks of the current temperature range during storage. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

Required IATA 2–8 °C marking with a colour indicator
How it works
The label combines mandatory IATA air freight marking for 2–8 °C shipments with a reversible colour indicator that immediately shows whether the package is within the safe range. Priced like a standard label.
Application and use
For clearly marking air freight shipments maintained at 2–8 °C. Activate the indicator according to the instructions for the selected variant and place it next to the monitored product or on its packaging. Select the threshold and monitoring duration before dispatch.

Questions to consider before choosing
WarmMark indicators monitor excessive heat, while ColdMark or FreezeSafe detect temperatures that are too low. ColdChain Complete is a convenient option when both upper and lower limits need monitoring.
Most indicators provide a clear colour change and require neither power nor a reader. QR variants can also be scanned with a standard smartphone.
