Hospitality
Commercial dishwashers, catering operations, restaurants and hotel kitchens.
Product range / Hygiene, sterilisation and food safety
Single-use indicators confirm that the temperature required to disinfect dishes, surfaces and food has been reached. TDI 3 Level monitors successive thresholds of 65, 71 and 82 °C, and the permanent result can be included in internal HACCP records.
Practical applications
Temperature indicator strips for commercial dishwashers and single-use food indicators help document that the required temperature has been reached. Results can be retained in internal HACCP records.
Commercial dishwashers, catering operations, restaurants and hotel kitchens.
Canteens, schools, hospitals and facilities preparing large numbers of meals.
Support for documenting temperatures during sanitisation and food preparation.

Full product range details
Single-use temperature indicator strips and irreversible temperature labels help confirm that a threshold has been reached during dishwashing and thermal disinfection. After the cycle, the permanent result can be annotated and retained as part of internal monitoring records in restaurants, hotels, catering operations, canteens, schools, food processing facilities or hospital kitchens.
TDI 3 Level shows when three successive thresholds have been reached on a single label: 65, 71 and 82 °C. Thermostrip DL monitors water temperature, Thermostrip DS monitors the surface temperature of dishes and trays, and ReadyStick provides a quick check of food core temperature. These products support HACCP procedures but do not replace a site's complete procedure.

Three-point thermal disinfection indicator for dishwashers
How it works
Self-adhesive label with three irreversible windows for 65, 71 and 82 °C, providing a quick, permanent visual record of the highest surface temperature reached.
Application and use
For checking whether the surface of a dish has reached successive temperature thresholds of 65, 71 or 82 °C during the wash cycle. Apply the label to a clean surface before the cycle. Afterwards, read the highest activated window and retain the result in accordance with site procedures. Place the product at the monitoring point before starting the process, following the instructions for the specific variant. Once the process is complete, read and retain the result in accordance with site procedures.

Single-use stick thermometer for food
How it works
Insert into food and wait 5 seconds: the tip turns from white to black at a core temperature of 71 °C. For catering, hospitality and dishwasher checks.
Application and use
For quickly checking whether food has reached a core temperature of 71 °C. Place the product at the monitoring point before starting the process, following the instructions for the specific variant. Once the process is complete, read and retain the result in accordance with site procedures.
Product FAQ
For quickly checking whether food has reached a core temperature of 71 °C.
Selection depends on the required process temperature, the monitoring point and how results are recorded under site procedures. Key features of this solution include reading in approximately 5 seconds and threshold of 71 °c (160 °f) at the food core.
Questions to consider before choosing
Attach a temperature indicator strip to a piece of cutlery, a rack or the surface being monitored before the cycle. A permanent colour change confirms that the threshold temperature has been reached.
Each field corresponds to a separate threshold: 65, 71 or 82 °C. The activated fields provide a permanent record of the highest threshold reached on the surface during the cycle.
The strip can support site documentation and serve as a record of a completed check. The product alone does not replace procedures or the full HACCP system.
